You know, I share a lot of ideas on this here blog.

Occasionally, when the stars align and the things I share aren’t completely terrible, folks will actually put these ideas into practice so I can see how they fly in the wild.

That’s what happened in 2019 right before the craziness of the holidays.

The Stamp
It started with a snow stamp created by a candy company. I wrote about it back in February of 2019, but here’s the gist in a photo.

Create a snow stamp to use as a fun canvas for your message.

Squaw Valley
Squaw Valley saw the post and ran with it creating snow stamps for both Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. That winter, Tracy Chang sent me this photo.

As I often say, it’s not a gamechanger, but it is a fun little tool to have in your marketing arsenal when the snow flies.

About Gregg & SlopeFillers
I've had more first-time visitors lately, so adding a quick "about" section. I started SlopeFillers in 2010 with the simple goal of sharing great resort marketing strategies. Today I run marketing for resort ecommerce and CRM provider Inntopia, my home mountain is the lovely Nordic Valley, and my favorite marketing campaign remains the Ski Utah TV show that sold me on skiing as a kid in the 90s.
