Skiers have questions. At times, lots of questions. Tough questions.
I’m a huge fan of how some GMs address concerns and rumors head-on from the resort blog, but there are certainly other ways to benefit from both the clarity a direct answer can provide but also the connection a brand can make between customers and leadership.
While Bill’s responses are awesome, it does feel a little like lobbing softballs to Mark McGuire. I’d love to see tougher questions mixed in so responses don’t all start with “great question, our team is awesome…”
Either way, I dig the idea.
