I’ve been getting quite a few questions as of late about social media metrics for various resorts and, rather than type out a long-winded response with a couple dozen screenshots, I recorded a video. The answer is almost always in the social media dashboards that are accessible from the form just to the right below the list of industry averages.
A few dozen resorts use the dashboards daily, others still are barely scratching the surface with what they can do. So, here are the questions and topics I cover:
