I’m finally going to conferences again! Will I see you?

This is going to be about as non-traditional a SlopeFillers post as you’ll ever seen, but since this May will mark my first major conference double-header in about 2-3 years (last year with a baby at home and no Destination Summit to plan, I too a bit of a break) and I wanted to make the most of it.

So the goal here is, somewhat selfishly, to give all y’all a heads up to keep you eye out for a tall, nerdy-looking marketer pretending he’s as smart as the people around him.

If you see me, please come say hi.

First, I’ll be at NSAA National in Scottsdale.

I should be there all day on Sunday, at least most of the day on Saturday, and maybe even Monday morning depending on flights when i finally get off my butt and book those.

I’ll also be part of a small panel toward the end of the day on Sunday.

Then, I’ll be at Inntopia Insight in Stowe.

This is one I’m looking forward to for a few reasons. First of which, however, is that I’ll be sharing some of my plans for SlopeFillers in a session about the future of this project under the Inntopia brand.

I’m honestly really, really excited about the ideas I’ve got in the oven.

But I’m also looking forward to it because i’ll have much more time to sit down and talk with people. Unlike the Destination Summits of years gone by, I’m not really in charge and, since I’ll be helping put together some of the presentations, I don’t need to attend most and can roam a bit and have in-person conversations with the people I’ve been dying to have in-person conversations with (you).

Don’t be a stranger.
If you’ll be at either of these, just look for the goofy guy in this picture…

…and say “hello”.

Hope to see you.

About Gregg & SlopeFillers
I've had more first-time visitors lately, so adding a quick "about" section. I started SlopeFillers in 2010 with the simple goal of sharing great resort marketing strategies. Today I run marketing for resort ecommerce and CRM provider Inntopia, my home mountain is the lovely Nordic Valley, and my favorite marketing campaign remains the Ski Utah TV show that sold me on skiing as a kid in the 90s.
