While I was thinking about what to write today, my mind kept wandering back to all the resort marketers who have lost their jobs this year. Whether it was early on in the COVID era, sometime in the summer once things didn’t improve, or just recently, there are a lot of folks who are crossing every finger and toe that they can find somewhere to put their skills to use this winter.

Some are flexible enough to have those feelings be nothing more than a hope. Others are stacking sleepless nights on top of sleepless nights with worry.

I’ve often thought about what I can do, but today I just want to be sure you and everyone knows about the main way I am trying to help this group: the SlopeFillers job board. It’s been around for a while, but it’s needed now more than ever.
