Escape to Jay: A 1969 Rendition of Resort Marketing at Its Finest

With so many resorts getting in on the #tbt (throwback Thursday) action, I figured it was about time I lend my voice to this choir.

I had seen Jay’s use of this video in a recent edit, but hadn’t found the full enchilada until just recently.

The script is beautifully written. To me, it’s some of the best skiing copy I’ve ever seen. Seriously, listen to the way the describe the experience, the reason, the feeling of being at Jay. Would it work now? I don’t know, but it’s a good listen nonetheless.
