Spring discounts? They’re everywhere.
Heck, you can ski for $9 at my home mountain of Nordic Valley if you buy now. Better hurry, though, prices could go up to $15 if you wait.
Arizona Snowbowl had similar plans, but they decided to add a few other things to the mix.
#1) A Name
You know how I love giving certain things a name, and that’s exactly what they did by giving March and April a blanket title of World’s Best Spring Break.
#2) A Vibe
Who doesn’t love some retro vibes? The bright colors, the stashes, what we were totally sure was “cool” at the time? It’s a classic pairing with spring skiing and Snowbowl did exactly that.
#3) Some Great Content
And then they dug into their archives…
Combined it with some recent footage and the result is a delightful bit of marketing.
Good stuff, Snowbowl. Good stuff.
About Gregg & SlopeFillers
I've had more first-time visitors lately, so adding a quick "about" section. I started SlopeFillers in 2010
with the simple goal of sharing great resort marketing strategies. Today I run marketing for resort ecommerce and CRM provider
Inntopia,
my home mountain is the lovely Nordic Valley,
and my favorite marketing campaign remains the Ski Utah TV show that sold me on skiing as a kid in the 90s.
