Today, I am doing one of two things: skiing at Beaver Creek or skiing at Vail. Actually three: eating pie. Although, I’ve been meaning to test if eating pie while skiing is possible. I normally don’t write a full post on holidays, so if you missed my shout-out to all the folks that I am thankful for, I’d recommend you read that first and consider it today’s post.
