The first post of 2011 also marks the first Twitter Top 25 list update of 2011. Whistler holds on to the #1 spot by their usual, large gap while Breckenridge breaks into the top 3 and Grouse Mountain sneaks up to #10. Here are the full details:

Shakers
- Grouse Mountain continues to impress, hanging (and in this case) passing big name resorts like The Canyons, Killington, and Beaver Creek
- While I am still waiting for a few months of data to draw major conclusions, Sugarloaf’s Klout score went from 49 to 56 during the last month, the biggest just of any top 25 resort.
- Telluride started at #30 six months ago and snuck onto the list this month for the first time.
