This has been an interesting topic I’ve seen come up as I’ve interviewed various resorts for blog posts. Some resorts that seem to be identical in other ways have very different marketing team sizes. One may have just a director and others have a huge, in-house team that can do anything and everything they need.
For today’s post I’ve setup a small, 3-4 question survey that will take less than 30 seconds to fill out just to gather a little bit of data and some reasons as to justifications for the various sizes of teams.
