Follower count growth continues to sit in a summer trough with almost identical numbers to both June and May. Despite the slow going, a handful of resorts picked up the pace and moved up the charts in the July update to the Top 25 Ski Resorts on Twitter list. You may also notice a couple changes to the list this month. First, I dropped Tweet counts. With the ability to delete old tweets and the number listed not telling any story of value, I finally cut them out to simplify the list. Second, I dropped Klout scores. With their new system, this is the second month in a row I’ve had trouble getting up to date scores, so they’re gone as well. If you want to check you Klout score, you can do so here.

About Gregg & SlopeFillers
I've had more first-time visitors lately, so adding a quick "about" section. I started SlopeFillers in 2010 with the simple goal of sharing great resort marketing strategies. Today I run marketing for resort ecommerce and CRM provider Inntopia, my home mountain is the lovely Nordic Valley, and my favorite marketing campaign remains the Ski Utah TV show that sold me on skiing as a kid in the 90s.
