Right as I was scheduling the last of the posts for App Platform Week, I got a late submission that I just didn’t have a way to squeeze in. It was, however, a platform I really wanted to include and so, now that I’m wrapping up another not-themed week, I wanted to share their specs.

App Platform Name:
LivePass

Description:
“The LivePass solution delivers a fully customized app platform. Drive social conversations with your guests, communicate what’s going on when it matters, and create custom content quickly and easily. Simple mobile commerce captures advanced purchases and allows guests to skip the lines – getting them on the hill faster. Users will stay engaged with your brand through automated snow and lift alerts, on-mountain performance tracking, and personalized account and ticket information – just to name a few. And social sharing is fully integrated making it easy for your guests to share their experience with everyone.”

Why They’re Different:
“The LivePass home page gives you the power to customize any content to your users giving them a single view to see everything they want in one place. Engage them immediately with relevant, dynamic information in a simple interface that makes exploring your mountain easy and intuitive. And custom pages allow you to host and control your own content fully integrated into your app. Your users will never leave your brand for another Web browser app. You have full control over integrating content into your app and can update your app anytime without needing further development from ACTIVE Network.”

About Gregg & SlopeFillers
I've had more first-time visitors lately, so adding a quick "about" section. I started SlopeFillers in 2010 with the simple goal of sharing great resort marketing strategies. Today I run marketing for resort ecommerce and CRM provider Inntopia, my home mountain is the lovely Nordic Valley, and my favorite marketing campaign remains the Ski Utah TV show that sold me on skiing as a kid in the 90s.
