It’s the day after Christmas. You’re busy or disinterested (or both), so I’ll keep it short.
I want to highlight a tweet from Bretton Woods that is powerful simple and full of marketing potential. Here it is:
It was a pleasure and an honor helping @KevinFaircloth1 get on skis for his first time yesterday! Come back and visit again soon! pic.twitter.com/8OZHNTlFgK

It’s so simple.
The result is a simple, fun account of someone who you’d never expect to be interested in learning to ski doing that very thing.
In other words, one of oh, I dunno, a couple hundred million people we need to pay more attention to our industry.
Everyone on your mountain has a story. A good story. Some have stories even better than Kevin’s. Sometimes all it takes is giving those people a chance to talk and a good pair of ears to listen.
About Gregg & SlopeFillers
I've had more first-time visitors lately, so adding a quick "about" section. I started SlopeFillers in 2010
with the simple goal of sharing great resort marketing strategies. Today I run marketing for resort ecommerce and CRM provider
Inntopia,
my home mountain is the lovely Nordic Valley,
and my favorite marketing campaign remains the Ski Utah TV show that sold me on skiing as a kid in the 90s.
