Winter is coming and skiers on Twitter know it. After monthly growth that has hovered around 2.5% since April, snow is back on the menu as resorts increased their followers by an average of nearly 4.5%. Here’s all the details from the data grabbed for the latest update to the Top 25 Ski Resorts on Twitter list.  Additional, congrats to Whistler/Blackcomb for being the first resort to reach 20,000 followers and Mammoth and Keystone for both reaching the 10,000 follower mark.

• Average growth: 4.49% (was 2.27% last month)
• Total followers: 184,746 (was 176,815 last month)
• Fastest growth: Telluride – 10.34%

• Total new followers in last month: 19,941
• Average growth: 4.79%
• Total followers: 435,884 (was 415,943 last month)
• Fastest growth (at least 100 followers): Chicopee Ski Area – 36.55%
